Weigh-In {Ozeri Scale Review}

Stock-photo

Sam and I got a scale. It’s an Ozeri brand, lights up, nice dial, both kilograms and pounds, and of course it made it’s way into our bedroom! Sam steps on it twice a day every day. Me? I am not as keen on the idea. I have even threatened him to throw it away if he doesn’t stop. All those weigh ins make it seem like we are on the Biggest Loser, when in reality it just tells us our healthy weight!

Do you have a scale? If so, are you obsessed with it?

Comments

  1. Yikes, this thing sounds kinda intimidating!! I do not own a scale. When I was initially losing weight, I used my Wii Fit to “weigh in” and keep track of my goals and fitness, but now that I’m working on just maintaining a healthy lifestyle, I judge my weight by how my body feels. After all, the most important thing to me is that I feel good! ๐Ÿ™‚

    • I definitely agree! It’s good to have a scale, but it’s more important to know what’s good for your body, and what’s not!

  2. I have one that is a very pretty blue (weight watchers brand, but I bought it because its pretty). I don’t have a good spot in my bathroom for it. And I don’t like pullling it out. So I rarely step on it. I would like to get back in the habit, but have been focusing on what I’m feeding my body, not what the number says.

    • That’s why we put ours in the bedroom, it’s next to the dresser, so it’s out of the way. But man is my husband obsessed with it ๐Ÿ™‚ It’s pretty entertaining!

  3. Ooh, it’s pretty! I have one of those digital ones that magically measures your weight, body-fat, water-weight and lotto numbers. Stepping on it every morning definitely keeps me in check ๐Ÿ™‚

    • Oh wow! That sounds like a cool one! I have recently started a new workout routine, it’s good to have a scale in the house!
