Thrifting for Treasure

I have decided to start a series of new posts dedicated entirely to my vintage/thrifted finds. I will also be writing reviews on some vintage/thrift stores in my area (Minneapolis/St. Paul and everywhere else where life takes me, e.i. California, where we’ll be going to in September :) )

So stick around and if you are ever in the Twin Cities area, hit me up, we’ll go thrifting together!

    • We have a relatively good amount of private ones, or one of a kind ones, like when a church has one, but we have the chains too, like Buffalo Exchange and Plato’s Closet. I live very close to uptown (aka hipster) area of Minneapolis, and there is a ton of stuff there! Salvation Army is also a lot closer than Goodwill, I am yet to go to a Goodwillactually!

  1. I’m crazy about thrifting. I live in the Philippines, by the way, and I’m glad to say that there are a lot of thrift shops here. I hope you find some great stuff and I look forward to checking your posts about your finds. ☺

  2. I’m excited to see what you’ll find! I enjoy thrifting, but I find I have to be in the right mood. I’m usually too impatient to dig for treasures, even though I know that’s how you find the best things!

  3. Awesome! My best friend and I love to travel to different cities and find thrift stores. We went to Seattle a few years ago and spent the entire weekend trip at different thrift/consignment shops. Such memories and such bargains. I’ll be in Minneapolis for a wedding in September 2012 and hope to find some time to “hunt.”
