More Mod {Thrift Style Thursday} + Announcement + Giveaway

I was really struggling recreating a mod look for today’s thrift style thursday post. Not everyone is Twiggy, and it’s even harder to transform into her sometimes. A few years ago, when I just started my blog, I did this Twiggy inspired makeup look, but today it is full on clothes! So I created two looks, which one is more mod, which one you like the best – you decide!

Exciting news! This Saturday I will be at the Milwaukee Blogger Bazaar, selling some of the clothes you see featured on this blog! Yes, I am driving all the way to Milwaukee, to meet, and socialize and hang out with anyone and everyone! Please come! It will be a lot of fun!

Twiggy Day

Let today be a Twiggy Day!

This is what I decided to do this Sunday morning, while doing the laundry!

Thinking about the icons of the fashion of the past – Twiggy comes to mind first. Maybe because of a recent UO (Urban Outfitters email newsletter. Yes, I am on the mailing list), or maybe because I’ve been doing all this research on the fashion of the past decades, I don’t know.But today is
