Happy Monday! Today’s post is a little different. Yes there is a style component and a link up, but I also want to talk to you about Nature Made®, the #1 Pharmacist Recommended brand for many key dietary supplement categories (Based on the 2016 U.S. News & World Report – Pharmacy Times Survey) The vitamins that help me take my health to the next level. Okay, maybe that was an overstatement. These are the vitamins that I actually look forward to taking every morning.

I have recently gone to Walmart to shop for Nature Made vitamins. Walmart offers a great variety and prices on these products. I love shopping for vitamins, reading about the different benefits that they have, and deciding whether or not they fit in with my lifestyle. If you don’t know Nature Made® has a variety of vitamins, minerals, and supplements (VMS) to help support nutritional gaps with your health goals in mind ranging from Digestive Support, Heart Health & Function, Energy Metabolism, Women’s Health and much more!†

This time I decided to go back to basics and pick the “Multi for Her” gummies with Omega-3s. Now there is a part of me that loves these vitamins for their resemblance to candy, but I do strongly believe that taking your daily vitamins can help your health and overall wellbeing.

I work a lot, go to the gym almost daily, and still want to spend time with my friends and family, so these vitamins fit right in. Needless to say I bought two bottles to help me achieve mind-body balance 😉 Next on my list – Nature Made® Probiotics, that are also conveniently available at Walmart SuperCenters. These Nature Made® Advanced Dual Action Probiotic has been clinically studied and provides dual support to both your small and large intestine for comprehensive coverage to help support digestive balance and healthy gut flora.†”

Now for the style aspect of the post – I’ve been wanting to capture the His for Her trend for a few weeks now, and I feel like this outfit translates it perfectly. I used all of the pieces that I already had in my closet to create this look.

A huge thanks to Kaitlyn for taking the time out of her day to take pictures with me! You are absolutely wonderful! Make sure to check the blog she writes together with Sarah – The Duck and The Owl.

Two bloggers we would like to feature from last week’s link up are: Tokes and Nina

Isn’t one of the best parts of being in a relationship the ability to “borrow” (wink, wink, nudge, nudge) clothes from your man? I absolutely had to style this shirt for today’s Thrift Style Thursday, and I am sure you understand why! Every time I wear it, I feel so free, so careless, so “I don’t give a f+*&” attitude, I feel like I took a chill pill or 10, and I just want to keep on keeping on! I hope you get the relaxed and carefree vibe from the pictures and from my post today. And you know what! It’s almost Friday!

Outfit Breakdown:
Jeans – Express – thrifted – Salvation Army
Chuck Close Shirt – Borrowed from Sam
Sweater – Armani Exchange (pretty sure this is a men’s piece too) – thrifted – Sal Val
Canvas Loafers – thrifted – Goodwill (to be refashioned)
Vintage Purse – thrifted – Bethesda Thrift
