When one of my friends was little, she often went over to this lady’s house, who was a beautician, and painted all of the children’s nails. But she always painted one a different color. That was their “magic finger”.
I only got to hear the story because I had a magic finger that day myself, well two actually, one for each hand
Anyways, I couldn’t miss out on this trend, especially working in cosmetics, when I have access to nail polishes by Chanel, Dior, NARS, and MAC
Would you?
I tried one of the navy blue nail polishes from MAC the other day, I believe it’s from their Wonder Woman collection back from spring 2011.
It’s this gorgeous blue right here:
Now you are probably wondering why am I holding an ESSIE nail polish? Well, that’s the polish I got on Saturday from a website called Klout, for free, and I thought that it was going to be the perfect amount of glitter to make my finger “magical”. The color is called “Stroke of Brilliance” and it’s from the Luxeffects collection. I am in love with that glitter, the fact that it’s all different sizes and distributes differently over every nail, so you never know what you are going to end up with.
I also think it’s going to go over my other ESSIE nail color “Bikini so Teeny” perfectly! Can’t wait to try
Though I will admit, sometimes I want to paint my middle finger, but that one is already magic as it is
xo,
Zhenya
PS. Don’t forget to check out Klout – it’s a pretty fun website, which measures your social media influence score and the higher the score, the more perks you get! I have another ESSIE nail polish coming my way! Can’t wait!

I’m kind of obsessed with glitter polish, but mine never turns out as thick as yours. I think I’ve got a new polish to try!

It’s awesome, but a pain in the butt to get off, so I recommend taking the polish off and then doing dishes or something that involves a lot of water, chemicals and scrubbing
hehe
